Ayla has been with MYSA since 2016. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a B.S. in Political Science and Legal Studies and went on to get her J.D. from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law. Ayla came to MYSA because she wanted to work for a non-profit organization. In her spare time, she enjoys experiencing live music, going to stage productions and travelling.

Joe recently came on board with Minnesota Youth Soccer Association in the summer of 2022, but has been working with youth soccer organizations since 2014. Prior to joining MYSA he was with Minnesota United FC from 2014-2020 as their Manager of Youth Soccer Sales and then Academy Manager. He joined MYSA because he has a passion for the youth game and would like to make a positive impact that not only helps grow participation at all ages, but also helps create the right environment for players to develop. In addition to all things soccer, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf and backyard BBQs.
