**Non-refundable at the time of activation. If a MYSA league is cancelled for any reason, 50% of the team fee will be refunded to the club. MYSA reserves the right to use discretion on all team fee refund inquiries.
***Non-refundable deposit. If the tournament is cancelled for any reason, the remaining fees will be up to MYSA’s discretion.

BILLING PROCESS
Your club invoices will now only include 3 types of charges:
- Basic player registration fees
- Basic adult registration fees
- Outstanding Team/League/Event registration fees
Invoices are all online in the club’s SportsConnect account and are updated on the 1st of the month.
