** Non-refundable at the time of activation. If a MYSA league is cancelled for any reason, 50% of the team fee will be refunded to the club. MYSA reserves the right to use discretion on all team fee refund inquiries.
***Non-refundable deposit. If the tournament is canceled for any reason, the remaining fees will be up to MYSA's discretion.
All credit card and e-check processing fees are non-refundable.

Billing Process

Accompanying these changes will be simplified invoices.

Your club invoices will now only include 3 types of charges:

  1. Basic player registration fees
  2. Basic adult registration fees
  3. Flat team registration fees

We plan to invoice clubs once a month for the registered players/adults, and for activated teams.
