Section 7: Membership Meetings
Members of MYSA shall meet at least once each year to conduct certain business of MYSA.
a) Annual General Meeting. Members of MYSA shall meet once per year at a date and time determined by the Board of Directors. This meeting shall be known as the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”). Members shall receive at least ninety (90) days’ advance notice of the meeting. MYSA shall distribute the agenda to the members at least fifteen (15) days prior to the AGM. Agenda items shall include review of the actions of the Board of Directors, consideration of proposals to amend MYSA’s rules, and election of the MYSA officers.
