2019-2020 State of the State

2020-2021 AGM: November 6, 2021

The 2021 Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on November 6th at 10:00 AM. 

We will conduct the business of the 2021 MYSA AGM via electronic ballot, as we did last year. Important dates and deadlines relating to the AGM have been sent to clubs via email.

Dates & Deadlines

October 11: BOD Nominations Due

October 15: AGM Agenda & Electronic Ballots Sent to Club Presidents

October 31: Electronic Ballots Due

November 6: Virtual AGM  at 10 AM

BOD Nomination Deadline: October 11

This year, there are three executive council positions that require a membership election. MYSA will be accepting nominations for the following positions: 

  • President (Currently held by Steve May)
  • Vice President (Currently Vacant)
  • Secretary (Currently held by Anne Marie Courchene)

All nominations must be received by October 11 at 11:59 PM.
