2023 AGM: November 4, 2023

The 2023 Annual General Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 4th. We are going to hold the AGM virtually instead on in-person as previously announced.

We would love to have you join us that morning at 9am to celebrate the last year, provide updates on the current state of MYSA, and talk about the future.

BOD Nominations:

Pursuant to Article 5, Section 3 of the MYSA Bylaws:

Section 3. Elections and Term Officers shall be elected by a simple majority of the voting representatives at the AGM. Each officer shall be elected to a two-year term, or until his or her death, resignation, removal or disqualification, based on the following schedule: a) The President and Secretary shall be elected in odd numbered years and b) The Vice President and Treasurer shall be elected in even numbered years.
