Thank you for your interest in refereeing in the 2009 Minnesota Youth Soccer Association State Tournament; the season ending tournament to award champions in all division U11 through U19. In order to be considered for assignment of games, you will need to completely fill out the registration form.  This tournament will be hosted July 25, 2009 through July 31, 2009 at three different locations. Please choose your assignments carefully. July 31st is a rain day if needed.

• U11 through U13 games will be played at the Lakeville North Park Complex (LKV)

• U14 and U15 games will be played at the Lucy Winton Bell Complex (SCV)

• U16 through U19 games will be played at the Coon Rapids Soccer Complex (CRA)
  1821 111th Ave NW, Coon Rapids, MN 55433

Referees need to be at least 14 years old.

Applicant must provide Social Security Number upon MYSA confirming referee game schedule. The Social Security Number is required for payment, which will be processed within two weeks following the conclusion of all State Tournament games. PLEASE DO NOT provide your Social Security Number on this form.
