The Minnesota Youth Soccer Association (MYSA) is the developer and manager of the mnyouthsoccer.org web site. The organization’s web site is one of the primary electronic entry points for collecting and distributing information and services to the organization’s membership. It is the gateway for providing interaction between office staff, volunteers and others participating in MYSA programs through the use of information technology. The MYSA is dedicated to providing the information users need to make individual informed decisions regarding on-line privacy and the utilization of MYSA web site capabilities. The following privacy statement outlines how various types of information may potentially be utilized by the MYSA. In addition this document also outlines general responsibilities, disclaimers and expectations for those involved in maintaining site content.

The MYSA has a very decentralized membership structure. The membership has the expectation that MYSA will provide information in the most cost effective, timely and accurate manner possible. To meet critical time sensitive deadlines the MYSA can authorize, through its membership, access to update specific content information displayed either on the web site or as required to maintain the efficient operation of MYSA programs. Any individual granted access to the MYSA web site agrees to provide only content, data or information as requested by the program requirements. Any individual granted access to the MYSA web site agrees to and shall not use access privileges to post or link false or inappropriate content to the Web site. Individuals posting information through MYSA resources shall not use access for attempting to breach, crack or otherwise circumvent security to obtain or alter the intended purposes of the site. Any misuse of this site may result in revocation of access or participation in MYSA programs. Misuse of this site may also result in civil, criminal or other legal action.

I. CHOICE OF LAW
The terms of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. You agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of your use of this site shall be filed in Hennepin County, Minnesota.
J. SEVERABILITY AND INTEGRATION
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supercedes all prior communications and proposals between the parties (whether written, oral or electronic). If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that portion shall be construed in a manner consistent with the intentions of the parties, and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.
