Minnesota Youth Soccer will hold Annual Recognition Banquet at the DoubleTree by Hilton (Bloomington-Minneapolis South) to recognize inductees into the MYSA Hall of Fame and honors this year's Annual Award Nominees.
Each year MYSA honors those that have made an impact both on and off the soccer field. The Annual Awards recognize individuals for going above and beyond and for their dedication, time and efforts to the game of soccer in Minnesota. The Annual Award winners will be announced at the recognition banquet on November 5, 2016 and will be forwarded on for Regional and possible National consideration.
Nominations are due October 1, 2016.

Competitive Coach of the Year – This award is given to a competitive coach for both a boy's team and a girl's team. This person exemplifies leadership both on and off the field and goes that extra mile to ensure a great soccer experience for all participants.
Recreational Coach of the Year – This award is given to a recreational coach for both a boy's team and a girl's team. This person exemplifies leadership both on and off the field and goes that extra mile to ensure a great soccer experience for all participants.
Administrator of the Year – This award is given to those that have worked hard within their club to help provide opportunities for children to not only play soccer but to play in a safe and fun environment.
Volunteer of the Year – This award honors those who are excellent role models for their community who generously give of their time and talents for the good of the game..
TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year – This award is given to an extraordinary individual and their accomplishments as a TOPSoccer Buddy. This person demonstrates patience, understanding, dependability, flexibility and the ability to adjust to ever-changing on the field situations.
TOPSoccer Coach of the Year – This award is given to a individual who facilitates the program by filling many roles, including being a coach, cheerleader and role model as well as assisting, guiding, directing and teaching the game of soccer and its skills while creating a fun learning experience.
Young Referee of the Year – This award is given to a young male and female referee (19 years of age or younger as of August 1 of the current year) who have a strong work ethic, knowledge of the rules of the games and are positive role models to other referees as well as players.
Send us a video of an amazing goal or an outstanding save to contend for the title of 2016 MYSA Goal and Save of the Year. Over the summer months, MYSA will be collecting video highlights of great goals or saves from players at any age and level (Premier, C1, C2, C3, Recreation or TOPSoccer). Four finalist in each category will be selected and invited to the MYSA Recognition Banquet on November 5, 2016 where the winners will be announced. The two winners will be awarded a gift card and their videos will be sent to US Youth Soccer for national consideration.
