(Note: park in the South lot and enter Door #5)
Each team must have an individual representative. No one will be allowed to pick up more than one packet. Be prepared to discuss your rescheduling requests at this time.
If a team coach or manager cannot attend, then they MUST have another member of their team attend to arrange the reschedules and give the coach/manager the pertinent information that we cover. Otherwise, they MUST stop by the MYSA office the next week and pick up their information.
