All teams must have a representative (coach, manager or parent) at this meeting. This will allow all to receive updated information, team schedules and give the teams in your league an opportunity to coordinate reschedules.
It is very important that you have a rep. attend this meeting from each team. The rescheduling process has changed this year and you can only reschedule games within the first two weeks after this meeting. It is going to be critical that all teams attend this meeting and make time to meet with their fellow team contacts to coordinate reschedules.
Please note the time for your teams below and please plan to attend the time period. Doors will open at 8:00 a.m.
Any packet not picked up will have to be retrieved at the MYSA office the following week.
