Mission Statement: CYSA is an organization comprised of individuals, families, coaches, referees, and others interested in promoting soccer in the greater Crookston area.

Long-range Plans

• To promote, foster and perpetuate the game of soccer within the greater Crookston community.
• To help support high school & junior high boy’s and girl’s soccer.
• To coordinate youth summer teams for ages 8-19.
• To coordinate soccer activities with Crookston Park & Recreation, Crookston Public Schools and the University of Minnesota, Crookston.
• To develop the soccer fields for play & tournaments in Crookston.
• To assist coaches and referees in obtaining minimum licensing and certification.
• To have indoor soccer in the winter months.
• To raise money for special soccer related activities, i.e. field development.
• To establish an adult team in a Northwest league.

Affiliations: The club is affiliated with Minnesota Youth Soccer Association.
