Section 1 Membership Meetings
6.101 Annual General Meeting
The Members of the MYSA shall meet once per year at a date and time determined by the Youth Council no less than 90 days in advance of the meeting. This meeting shall be known as the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Actions and policies adopted by the Youth Council and the MYSA officers and directors shall be reported to the membership at the AGM. Notice of the AGM and the agenda shall be given to the membership at least 15 days in advance of the meeting.
