Refund/Cancellation Fee Policies
REFUNDS
Please Note:
All refunds will be issued as checks (Please allow 2-3 weeks after
request of refund for processing)
Olympic Development / District Select (ODP/DS) Registration
Fees
- Refunds are issued if requested by the Friday before the program
begins
- Refunds are issued for a documented medical reason
- No refunds will be granted for no-shows or requests made after
the deadline for refund requests
- A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund
Travel Notification Fees
- Refunds are issued if requested up to five (5) business days before
the beginning of event permit was requested for
- No refunds will be issued for requests made less than five (5)
business days before the beginning of event permit was requested
for
- A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund
Coaching Schools Registration Fees
- Refunds will be issued if requested up to five (5) business days
before the first session of the coaching school
- No refunds will be issued for requests made less than five (5)
days before first session of the coaching school
- A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund
CANCELLATION FEES
Mailing Lists Fees
- A credit/refund will be issued for mailing lists received and not
used within ten (10) business days of receipt by mailing house. A
request must be made in writing within the ten (10) business days
in order to receive the credit/refund.
- A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the credit/refund.
- There will be no credit/refund issued for requests made more than
ten (10) days after receipt of mailing list by the mailing house.
Coaching Clinic Booking Fees
- A credit/refund will be issued to the club for Coaching Clinics
cancelled 30 days before the first session is scheduled to be held
- A processing fee of $ 5.00 will be deducted from the credit/refund
- Clinics cancelled 5-29 days before the first session will receive
a refund of 50% of the fee paid for the clinic. This money will be
used to pay a stipend to the scheduled instructor.
- No credit/refund will be issued for requests made less than five
(5) days before the first session of the clinic is scheduled to be
held
