Refund Fee Policy

REFUNDS

Please Note: All refunds will be issued as checks (Please allow 2-3 weeks after request of refund for processing)

Minnesota US Youth Soccer ODP Registration Fees

• Refunds are issued if requested by the Friday before the program begins.
• Refunds are issued for a documented medical reason.
• No refunds will be granted for no-shows or requests made after the deadline for refund requests.
• A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund.

Travel Notification Fees

• Refunds are issued if requested up to five (5) business days before the beginning of event permit was requested for.
• No refunds will be issued for requests made less than five (5) business days before the beginning of event permit was requested for.
• A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund

Sponsored Events

Fees are non-refundable if games or the event are canceled for any reason. In addition, no refunds will be given if an athlete or team fails to participate. MYSA will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any team due to the cancellation in part or in whole of an event or for any travel incidental to the competition.

If weather conditions or the condition of the fields make it impossible to carry out the event to its full extent, it is up to the event committee to make the necessary decisions concerning the rearrangement or cancellation of games for any reason. The event committee has the final decision in all matches that have not gone to full completion.

Coaching Schools Registration Fees

• Refunds will be issued if requested up to five (5) business days before the first session of the coaching school.
• No refunds will be issued for requests made less than five (5) days before first session of the coaching school.
• A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund.

Cancellation Fee Policy

Mailing Lists Fees

• A credit/refund will be issued for mailing lists received and not used within ten (10) business days of receipt by mailing house. A request must be made in writing within the ten (10) business days in order to receive the credit/refund.
• A $100 cancellation fee will be deducted from the credit/refund.
• There will be no credit/refund issued for requests made more than ten (10) days after receipt of mailing list by the mailing house.

Coaching Clinic Booking Fees

• A credit/refund will be issued to the club for Coaching Clinics cancelled 30 days before the first session is scheduled to be held
• A processing fee of $ 5.00 will be deducted from the credit/refund
• Clinics cancelled 5-29 days before the first session will receive a refund of 50% of the fee paid for the clinic. This money will be used to pay a stipend to the scheduled instructor.
• No credit/refund will be issued for requests made less than five(5) days before the first session of the clinic is scheduled to be held

Video/Book Library Rental Policies

1. The video/book library loan period is five (5) days.
2. Maximum number of videos/books per loan period is three (3) items total.
3. Credit card and mailing/phone/email information will be obtained with each loan taken from the video/book library.
4. A reminder letter will be sent out for items which are have been on loan for 15 days.
5. A reminder phone call will be made and e-mail sent for items which have been on loan for 25 days.
6. Credit card will be charged for cost of items plus an additional $30 penalty charge per item for items on loan for 30 days or more.
