Refund Fee Policy

REFUNDS

Please Note: All refunds will be issued as checks (Please allow 2-3 weeks after request of refund for processing)

Minnesota US Youth Soccer ODP Registration Fees

• Refunds are issued if requested by the Friday before the program begins.
• Refunds are issued for a documented medical reason.
• No refunds will be granted for no-shows or requests made after the deadline for refund requests.
• A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund.

Player Development Camp Fees

• Refunds are issued if request is received at least four weeks prior to start of camp.
• Refunds are issued for a documented medical reason.
• No refunds will be granted for no-shows or requests made after the deadline for refund requests.
• A processing fee of $25 will be deducted from the refund.

Travel Notification Fees

• Refunds are issued if requested up to five (5) business days before the beginning of event permit was requested for.
• No refunds will be issued for requests made less than five (5) business days before the beginning of event permit was requested for.
• A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund

Sponsored Events

• Fees are non-refundable if games or the event are canceled for any reason. In addition, no refunds will be given if an athlete or team fails to participate. MYSA will not be responsible for any expenses incurred by any team due to the cancellation in part or in whole of an event or for any travel incidental to the competition.
• If weather conditions or the condition of the fields make it impossible to carry out the event to its full extent, it is up to the event committee to make the necessary decisions concerning the rearrangement or cancellation of games for any reason. The event committee has the final decision in all matches that have not gone to full completion.

Coaching Course Registration Fees

• Refunds will be issued if requested up to five (5) business days before the first session of the coaching school.
• No refunds will be issued for requests made less than five (5) days before first session of the coaching school.
• A processing fee of $5 will be deducted from the refund.

Video/Book Library Rental Policies

1. Credit Card imprint and Signature / Address / Phone / Email required at time of rental.
2. Credit Card charged for cost of items plus $10 penalty per item not returned.
3. The video/book library loan is 7 days.
4. Maximum number of videos/books per loan period is two (2) items total.
