Communication Policy
The East District has implemented a communication policy that age group coordinators will respond to most questions from your teams if they receive it from your club President or District representative. They will be instructed to not respond to any e-mail that does not come from your club officers. The district director will assist the age group coordinator when required but will not be responding back to individual parents and coaches. It is the concensus that clubs need to be made aware of all team issues. This cannot be accomplished if teams are allowed to bypass the communication chain of command.
Lines of Communication
Simple issues:
Team Contact -> Club Officer -> Age Group Coordinator -> Club Officer-> Team Contact
Complex Issues:
Team Contact -> Club Officer -> Age Group Coordinator-> District Director-> Age Group Coordinator -> Club Officer -> Team Contact
